At Pleasure Heaven, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, discreetly, and securely. All parcels are packed with care and shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST (Sydney time) on business days are usually dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will ship the next business day

  • During peak seasons and promotional periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $14.95 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250 AUD

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–6 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Regional and remote locations may require extra time.

Missed Delivery

If you are not available to receive your parcel:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery, or

  • Your parcel may be taken to a local collection point for pickup

International Shipping

Shipping Rates

  • Standard International Shipping: $14.95 AUD

  • Free Standard International Shipping on orders over $250 AUD

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Approximately 6–30 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services

Delivery delays may occur based on country-specific logistics and restrictions.

Additional Information

  • Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not at the time of order placement

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has shipped
    (Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate)

  • Orders may ship in multiple parcels to ensure timely delivery
